Directions

*	Keep cap tightly closed and shake well before each use.
*	Use 1 or 2 capfuls for fresh breath and clean feeling teeth and gums.
*	Thoroughly rinse mouth for 60 to 90 seconds several times daily.
*	Do not eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes after each use.
*	When used with an Oral Irrigator, such as HydroFloss, use 2 capfuls.
